Product Warranty & Bug-Fix Policy

Each of our system and hardware warranties differs and is detailed to the customer at the time of purchase.  As a service to our customers, Computer Works Home & Office will warranty our client’s computer hardware for up to three years on parts and one year part replacement labor with all new computer systems purchased through our company while the customers account is in good standing. 

Although computer and software repairs is sometimes a difficult and tedious task, we at Computer Works Home & Office will immediately correct any hardware or software malfunction, or other bugs that are found to be inadvertently caused by our technicians at no extra charge.  While we understand that it may be impossible to guarantee a 100% bug-free system, we do have computer systems that have been running continuously since 1995 with no error reports from our clients.  We will not warranty any of our systems, if the software or hardware has been modified without our knowledge or approval, or it has been otherwise modified by anyone other than a member of our company.

It is, of course, each client's responsibility to maintain regular data backups, to guard against damage, viruses, security breaches, and loss.
